 FAQs

  • Lip fillers are a type of dermal filler treatment designed to add volume, shape, and definition to the lips. They are most commonly made from hyaluronic acid (HA) – a naturally occurring substance in the body that helps retain moisture and create a plump, hydrated appearance. At your consultation, we’ll discuss your desired look and choose the best filler type and amount to achieve beautiful, natural-looking results that complement your facial features.

  • Most clients describe the sensation as a mild discomfort rather than pain. Before we begin, we apply a numbing cream to the lips to make the treatment as comfortable as possible. The filler itself also contains a local anaesthetic, which helps minimise any sensation during the procedure. Any tenderness or swelling afterwards is usually very mild and settles within a few days.

  • Stay hydrated, avoid touching the treated area, and apply a cold compress if needed. We’ll give you personalised aftercare advice to help you heal quickly and get the best results.

  • Our lip filler treatments start from £199.  Prices depend on the amount of filler used and your desired results. We’ll discuss all options during your consultation.

  • You may experience mild swelling, tenderness, or bruising, which typically resolves within a few days. We recommend avoiding alcohol, strenuous exercise, and makeup on the lips for 24 hours post-treatment.

  • You’ll notice results right away, with effects lasting anywhere from 6 months to two years depending on your metabolism, the area treated, and the type of filler used.
